Reef Ledger at reefledger.app is a tank log for hobbyists and fish stores. Questions about this policy go to hello@reefledger.app.
Account
We store the email and password you use to sign in, plus the display name you enter. Phone and address are optional profile fields. Authentication is handled by Supabase. Password-reset and account emails are sent through Resend from hello@reefledger.app.
Tank data
Logs you create stay on your account: water parameters, doses, tasks, livestock, and tank photos. Photos are compressed in the browser and stored in Supabase Storage. A fish store you belong to can view and log the tanks that store is allowed to service.
Reef Juice and Premium
If you link a Reef Juice account, we store the Shopify customer id that matches your email so a qualifying purchase can turn on Premium. Purchases happen on reef-juice.com, not inside Reef Ledger. The iPhone and Android apps do not sell Premium.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. The app is not directed at children. We do not use the camera except when you choose a photo to upload.
Deleting your account
Profile has Delete account. We email a confirmation link first. Confirming permanently deletes the account, tank records, and photos. You can also write to hello@reefledger.app.
